A domestic OEM of mobile crushing‑screening machinery required a robust automatic centralized lubrication system for its track‑mounted impact crusher. Operating in dusty, high‑shock quarry and construction‑waste recycling sites, the unit faces heavy continuous loads and frequent site transfers.
We delivered a complete solution based on LEP lubrication pump and PFM progressive dividers, tailored to the crusher’s structure and harsh working conditions.
Project Requirement
Numerous critical lubrication points cover main shaft bearings, rotor assemblies, screen box bearings and chassis hinges. Manual greasing is inefficient in‑field.Poor lubrication causes bearing failure and costly unplanned downtime. Standard lubrication kits cannot withstand heavy vibration and dust.
Our Solution
The customized system includes:
- LEP automatic lubrication pump
- PFM progressive divider blocks
- Main grease lines & secondary branches
- Protected hoses to all lubrication points
PFM dividers group points by functional modules for precise metered grease delivery. Hoses are protected against rock impact and dust erosion.
Engineering Focus
| Project Item | Engineering Focus |
|---|---|
| Pump location | Fit limited platform installation space |
| Divider blocks | PFM type for shock‑vibration resistance |
| Hose routing | Avoid interference during travelling & swinging; anti‑crush protection |
| Documentation | Clear numbered points for assembly & service |
Result
Automatic timed‑quantitative greasing for all heavy‑load friction points. Manual maintenance work is reduced. Bearing burnout risk and unplanned downtime are minimized. The LEP‑PFM system runs reliably under severe crushing‑site conditions.
